The last part of this instagram video shows something which is a potentially serious voter integrity issue if the person placing the ballot into the envelope is not aware of it. Intentional or not, this is a potential for fraud and should be dealt with by inserting your ballot into the envelope in a manner which preserves your right to ensure that your vote is counted.
IF WE WANT TO ENSURE VOTER INTEGRITY IN OUR ELCTIONS:
The commission was created to address voting and election integrity issues raised by the tumultuous 36-day postelection battle of 2000, which was settled by the U.S. Supreme Court decision that resulted in awarding Florida’s 25 electoral votes and the presidency to Republican George W. Bush over Democrat Al Gore.

James, now the president of The Heritage Foundation[1]. “
Why would any group do the opposite of the below listed Voter Integrity suggestions by the 2005 Carter-Baker Report and push hard to implement at the federal level the complete opposite, ensuring the ability to hold fraudulent elections.
1.3 TRANSFORMING THE ELECTION SYSTEM – FIVE PILLARS
The recommendations of our Commission on Federal Election Reform aim both to increase voter participation and to assure the integrity of the electoral system. To accomplish these goals, the electroral system we envision should be constructed on the following five sturdy pillars:
Voter registration that is convenient for voters to complete and even simpler to rrenew and that procuces complete, accuarate, and valid lists of citizens who are eligible to vote;
Voter identification, tied directly to voter registration that enhances ballot integrity without introducing new barriers to voting, including the casting and counting of ballots;
Measures to encourage and achieve the greatest possible participation in elections by enabling all eligible voters to have an equal oppportunity to vote and have their votes counted;
Voting machines that tabulte voter preferences accurately and transparently minimize under=and-over-votes, and allow for verifiability and full recounts; and
Fair, impatrtial and effective election administration.
To ignore the need for insuring voter integrity is to support the “election” of the chosen people rather those chosen by the people. Remember that, “It is not the votes that count, but who counts the votes.” — Stalin if we do not protect our right to have all legal votes counted and no fraudulent votes allowed.

We have two opposing views as to how America should be governed. The Progressive - Wilsonian view that the people need an administrator to guide and care for them through their time on earth verses the self cleansing liberty to take risks and work to create a better life for oneself with the possibility of doing all of the right things and still failing. Which side has the IDIOTs supporting it? IDIOT = In Denial Intentionally Obscuring TRUTH from oneself. It is not that difficult to observe objective measurements such as job participation, the U6 unemployment figure, economic freedom index, percentage of the population needing assistance, or other indices. It amazes me that well intentioned, intelligent people will support those who would repeat what has happened throughout history and condemn their own children to a cursed life. Collectivist - Central Planning, no matter the name is paid for with diminished liberty and results in the worst cases in millions of deathes such as the Russians taking the farms from the "land owners" in the name of doing good for the people.
People throughout history have observed the nature of humans who would be master over their fellow humans. The creation of or taking advantage of a crisis is far from a new strategy.
